Hannah House was opened and took in its first resident in April of 2002.  Hannah House’ president and founder is Sister Elaine Bohrer, (SisterElaine@lighthousemission.net), also president and founder of the Lighthouse Mission on Long Island (www.lighthousemission.net).  

Just as the Lord gave her a vision to go and feed the poor, He also impressed upon her heart that she would someday operate a women’s and men’s residential home. After years of prayer, the Lighthouse Mission has purchased their first home and it is being used as a Recovery Center for Women.
